If something comes up and you can no longer make your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me a chance to fill the slot. Please note that a non-refundable $35 deposit is required to secure each appointment. ### How do I send my deposit to secure my appointment? To confirm your appointment, I ask for a $35 non-refundable deposit. You can transfer this amount using Zelle or Venmo, and once I receive it, I will proceed with booking your slot right away. ### I am running late.. what do I do? While I do offer a 15-minute grace period, it is important for me to maintain punctuality for all my appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will unfortunately need to reschedule. This helps ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve and keeps my day running smoothly for all clients.
